Ridglan Animal Care Systems Return Policy
Terms and Conditions
Methods of Payment: All major credit cards are accepted.
Buyer approved custom product that are made within RACS specifications are not returnable.
Prices: All prices are in U.S. dollars, FOB Northwood, IA 50459. All local, state or other taxes, (if applicable) are the responsibility of
Sales Tax: Will be added to the order for customers in Minnesota and Iowa. If you have a Tax Exempt Certificate, please email
email@example.com. For all other customers, the customer assumes full responsibility for applicable taxes.
Freight Charges: Freight is due at time of order. Please note that any special handling requirements must be noted at the time the order
is placed, i.e. residential.
Weights: Shown as approximate and do not include packing materials.
Delivery & Receipt: All deliveries must be inspected upon receipt and signed for AFTER shipment is deemed acceptable. If time does
not permit, acknowledgement receipt should be signed “pending inspection.” This process will provide the detail necessary to file a
damage claim with carrier if necessary.
Damage/Shortage Claims: Any damage to product should be reported immediately to Ridglan Animal Care Systems’ Customer Service
Department. When reporting damage, be sure to hold all containers and packing materials for inspection and take photos of the said damaged goods, to then be submitted to Ridglan Animal Care Systems as part of claim process. Claims must be filed with Ridglan
Animal Care Systems’ Customer Service Department within 15 days of receipt of shipment to qualify for credit towards replacement.
Cancellations Policy: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours without penalty. Cancellation of order after 24 hours may be subject to restocking fees per our company terms.
Returns: No merchandise is to be returned without first obtaining written authorization from Ridglan Animal Care Systems. Please advise of order number, order date, and reason for your return. Any authorized merchandise must be carefully packed and in saleable condition to be accepted for return. A 50% re-stocking charge may apply on all returned merchandise when error is not the fault of Ridglan Animal Care Systems. The customer is responsible for freight charges incurred for returned product. All returned products must be shipped insured.
Warranty Specifications: Consult Ridglan Animal Care Systems’ Sales or Customer Service Department for a written copy of our limited warranty and detailed specifications pertaining to our product line. Ridglan Animal Care Systems has a policy of continuous product improvement and reserves the right to discontinue or change specifications without written notice.
