Allan and JoAnn Stensrud
Owners
Our founders, Allan and JoAnn Stensrud, began with plastisol-coated steel products in 1974. Their vision from the very beginning has been customer satisfaction through excellence in the products we provide, as well as a high level of customer service.
Tom Stensrud
President/CEO
Tom has been with our company since 1988, advancing to President/CEO in 2001. He continues to emphasize excellence in products and service and energizes us all to never stop improving on what we do. His hobbies are water skiing, exercise, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Heather Welch
Accounting Manager
Heather has been with the company since February 2009. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and her two dogs. She also likes to bake, go on family road trips, play as much mini golf as possible, and cheer on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Cari Stenzel
Marketing
Cari enjoys supporting the sales staff by creating ads, literature, and catalogs as well as maintaining the websites. She has been with the company since 1998. Her favorite place to be in her free time is with family.
Kevin Stenzel
Design/Engineering Manager
Kevin has been with the company since 1978. He advises customers with their design needs and maintains our CAD drawing files. His favorite ways of spending spare time are on the water fishing and hunting from his tree stand.
Matt Erickson
Director of Sales
Matt has been with the company since 2019. He enjoys spending time with family and friends in his free time. His family really enjoys being outdoors boating, fishing, playing golf, and attending sporting events while not at the hockey rink in the winter.
Beth Buehrer
Human Resources/Compliance Manager
Beth has been part of our team since 2010 and strives to keep our employees working in a safe and rewarding environment. She enjoys spending her free time relaxing outdoors with friends and family.
Sales Team
Blake Adams
RACS Sales Manager
Blake has been with Ridglan Animal Care Systems since 2021. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially wife Marie and two girls, Everly and Palmer, and their golden retriever, Walter. During the winter he coaches hockey, and in the summer months you will find him and his family outdoors. Favorite spots are either their cabin on the lake or on the golf course.
Laney Ryks
Customer Service, Inside Sales
Laney enjoys spending her free time outside with friends and family, boating, reading, and camping.
Amber Dorsey
Customer Service Supervisor, Marketing
Amber has been a member of our customer service team since 2023. She loves spending time with her family and spends most of her time outside work, watching her kids at sporting events and recitals. She enjoys spending time outdoors, going flower or plant shopping, and going on small one-day road trips with her family. You can usually find her watching football on Sundays! Go Packers!
Jocelyn Kluender
Customer Service, Logistics
Jocelyn enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, kayaking, car cruises, and being outdoors.

Bryant Dagestad
Operations Manager
Bryant is a family-first kind of guy. He would rather hang out with his wife and kids than go out. When not remodeling his house or building custom showers, he’s setting up the next cryptocurrency endeavor! Skol Vikes every Sunday! He loves living in Northwood because it’s a community that cares about its people.
Jennifer Willand
Production Assistant
Jennifer is our assistant to operations and makes sure orders run smoothly through the plant. She has been with the company since June 2019. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, scrapbooking, and being outdoors.
Trevor Johnson
Maintenance Supervisor & Shift Lead
Trevor has been fixing, maintaining, and keeping the plant running efficiently since 2019. When he’s away from work he enjoys spending time with friends and family. Some of his favorite recreational pastimes are playing golf, fishing, and hunting.
Jake Lyon
Quality Assurance & Safety Manager
Zach Oleson
Shift Lead
Zach has been with the company since 2016 and was recently promoted to the shift lead position. He is a car enthusiast and when not at work, you will probably find him outdoors hunting, fishing, or riding his motorcycle. It’s Raider’s football on Sundays!
Jesse Halfpop
Evening Shift Lead
Jesse has been with the company since 2021 and enjoys his work because there are so many great products we offer. When Jesse isn’t working, you can find him outside by a campfire or spending time with his kids and family. He also loves attending a good concert and sporting events.
Jo Raffaele
Design and Drafting
Jo assists with the design of our products while maintaining and producing drawing files. She enjoys going for walks with her furbaby, listening to music, exercise classes, and spending time with family and friends.
Fabrication & Welding
Our welders are careful to be meticulously exact with details so that you will enjoy the finished product for years to come.
Coating & Shipping
When your products are finished our shipping crew safeguards the final process with careful packaging and they are out the door!
