Veterinary Heat Mat with Thermostat
The easy to clean Poly Pet veterinary heat mat has a large, comfortably heated surface with beveled edges. Our heat mats can be safely used indoors and outdoors because they are waterproof. Also, 1/2″ of foam insulation will prevent downward heat loss. With the insulated bottom and thermostat, the Poly Pet Heat Mats are energy efficient while providing uniform, comfortable heat. In addition, you will find they are easy to install and easy to clean. Furthermore, use plastic ties to fasten the heat mat down. There are holes located on the sides of the heat mat to make it easy. This is a solid plastic heat mat that an animal lays on and shouldn’t be confused with a soft heat mat.
Temperature Control
The TD-30 Thermostat allows you to control the temperature.
A coil encased cord and a temperature controller are included with your heat mat. Additionally, the temperature controller is a thermostatic control device. It is designed for safe and effective heat mat surface temperature management. The control allows users to select and maintain the ideal temperature for various species of animals, pets, and reptiles. This state-of-the-art controller will maintain any pre-selected temperature between 40° and 110° F.
In addition, the controller includes several unique safety mechanisms. One such mechanism is a high limit setting that self-activates and is relative to the set point. Furthermore, standard features include capacitive touch buttons, Modbus communication, and temperature alarms with an internal buzzer.
Maintain the ideal temperature with the Poly Pet Heat Mat placed on your veterinary cage floor. We recommended placing on top of your plastisol coated floors for controlled warmth and to speed recovery time.
The veterinary heat mats are made of durable high-density polyethylene and manufactured to CSA standards. This product is available in three sizes: 18″ x 18″, 18″ x 28″, and 18″ x 45″.
